Delete your data

Celeris keeps no user account, and no server of mine stores your data. So there is no account to close — only a few places where something of yours can sit, and each of them you empty yourself. Here is where they are.

On your device

Your plans, the places you saved, the 3D objects you built and every setting live in the app on your device and nowhere else. Delete them in the app one at a time — a plan, a place, an object — or remove the app, and all of it goes with it. Downloaded terrain has its own entry in the app's settings.

In your own cloud, if you switched the sync on

With the sync on, those same contents also lie in your own account with Apple or with Google. No server of mine is involved, and nobody but you can read them:

Switching the sync off in the app's settings stops any further transfer; what is already there stays until you delete it as described.

Purchases

The full version itself belongs to your account with Google Play or with the App Store; an order is deleted by them, not by me. The app's own note of the purchase sits with RevenueCat, the service that checks it — a random identifier and what it unlocks, with no name, no email address and no account of mine attached. Write to me with the order number from the store and I will have it deleted.

Messages you sent me

Feedback, bug reports and wishes for a 3D model that you send from the app arrive as ordinary emails in a mailbox of mine. They carry the name and the email address you entered, your message, the app version, the system version and the device model — and, for a model wish, the place you marked on the map. Nothing else: no location, no plans, no device identifier.

To have them deleted, write to feedback@celeris-app.com — from the address you used, or naming it. I delete everything of yours that is there within 30 days and confirm it by email. There is no account to close and nothing else to verify, because that address is the only thing I know you by.

Questions about any of this go to the same address, or to info@stefan-engel.biz, which also takes formal requests for access or erasure. What the app does with data in general stands in the privacy policy.

This is a translation for convenience; in case of doubt the German version applies.
